Service Description

This consultation is for discussing industry, food or other specialty business license or permit. We assist with researching the specific requirements for that license and provide you with this information. A $99 consultation fee will be required to begin the research process. If services are purchased to obtain the license discussed, the consultation fee will be deducted from that cost. Specifically, a temporary or renewable food establishment license is required for all states in all instances where food is commercially handled or served to the general public. Even the giving of food to the general public is included. All states require the licensing of any person or firm that processes, packs, cans, preserves, freezes, fabricates, stores, prepares, serves, sells, or offers food for sale. *Please Note: Each state has it own process for obtaining a food license. This will require research to be conducted on your behalf then a consultation will be scheduled to discuss steps and fees. A $99 consultation fee will be required to begin the process. If services are purchased, the consultation fee will be deducted from that cost.
